We make every item to order, therefore returns and exchanges unfortunately are not offered, unless faulty. Please use sizing charts, follow care instructions and ask any questions if needed before purchasing.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges or refunds for damaged/faulty items. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with your order number and clear photos of the damage at wildariesnz@gmail.com
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations, as soon as you have placed the order, the processing begins.
Incorrect Shipping Information
To ensure accurate delivery, please double check your shipping information during checkout. If you discover an error, email us as soon as possible for corrections! Once shipped, we won't be able to change the address and cannot offer refunds or free replacements for any "wrong" location due to customer providing incorrect shipping information. Your timely attention is appreciated.
Processing refunds
If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take your bank or credit card company some time, about 5-7 business days to process the refund.
